Perseverace of the Saints

This doctrine is the belief that the saints will remain in God’s hand until they are glorified with him in heaven. In other words, those who believe will be eternally kept and preserved from the Devil, the world, and even themselves, if need be, by the Father until they are glorified. They will continue to persevere in obedience according the Word of God. God completes his good work of justification in the believer and therefore consummates the sanctification of the Christian with their final glorification.
